Grounds fee includes vendor recommendations and concierge services. Not included, but can be added: cash bar, officiant, champagne toast, flower petal runner, bouquets, and more!

• A 50% deposit of the grounds fee as well as 50% of the room rental are required to confirm dates and rates.
• Guests can pay for their stay directly to Old Town Manor, however the Host is ultimately responsible for the total cost of the Just Family package.
• A refundable Incidental Deposit of $100, or more is required for miscellaneous charges.
• Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Proof of wedding insurance is required.
• Not included is the 12.5% tax on rooms and 20% gratuity on Event Rate and Bar Packages
• If a full-service wedding planner is hired, discounts may be applied to Event Rate
• Optional add-ons include cash bar, rentals such as speakers, projector, coolers, decor, champagne toast, officiants, etc. Please ask for pricing.
• A per person fee may be charged for groups larger than package specifications.
• A back-up plan due to inclement weather is recommended since the Old Town Manor is not equipped to handle indoor events.
