We’re still drooling over this beautiful Key West dog friendly wedding! Cheers to Erica & Ryan from St. Pete, Florida, married at Old Town Manor with their pups by their side in October 2018.
Their gorgeous ceremony setup in our back gardens remains one of our absolute favorites. The antique door backdrop, rented from Love in Bloom, compliments the gold Chiavari chairs and elegant tropical greenery.
Dinner was served by the always wonderful Great Events Catering in the side yard of Old Town Manor. The back garden area where the ceremony was held was transformed to a lively dance floor for guests to let loose and celebrate after dinner.
Erica enjoyed the day in our Saratoga Suite, using the antique desk as her vanity table while her sweet pup hung out nearby.
The couple opted for a First Look, allowing some time alone before the festivities began. Photographer Mike Freas captured this special moment in the Old Town Manor lobby. The couple then took priceless photos around the island, from colorful foliage street-side to the boardwalk on the beach.
Instead of a traditional guest book, Erica and Ryan displayed a Polaroid camera for their guests to capture selfies. The welcome table between the dinner space and ceremony/dancing space was an easy stop for guests to share their photos and well wishes.
We love a good Key West dog friendly wedding, especially when the guests of honor act like animals! The couple’s adorable pups pranced down the brick-paved aisle before Erica was escorted by her father. A friend of theirs officiated the ceremony.
The evening came to an end with dancing and cheer in the Old Town Manor gardens as the dogs watched from the couple’s nearby suite.
